Open Internet Explorer
1. At the top of the browser, click "Tools".
2. On the drop-down menu, click "Internet Options".
3. Click the "Security" tab.
4. Click once on the green "Trusted Sites" logo, then click the "sites" button.
5. Enter www.bailce.com in the "Add this Web site to the zone" box, uncheck the box titled "Require Server Verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" box, then click the "add" button.
6. Click "OK" and then "OK" again to close the window.

FIREFOX (MOZILLA)

Open Firefox
1. At the top of the browser, click "Tools".
2. On the drop-down menu, click "Options".
3. Click on the "Privacy" icon.
4. Click on the "Cookies" tab.
5. Either uncheck the "Allow sites to set Cookies" box (or click "Exceptions, enter www.bailce.com, click "Allow", then Click "Close").
6. Click on the "Content" tab.
7. Uncheck the "Block Popup Windows" box (or click "Exceptions, enter www.bailce.com, click "Allow", then Click "Close").
8. Check the "Enable Java" box and check the "Enable Javascript" box.
9. Click "OK".
